We use the ALL-ON-4\u00ae procedure (also known as Pro Arch or \u201cTooth in 1 Hour\u201d \/ \u201cFixed teeth in an hour\u201d procedure) in patients who are toothless in one or both jaws or only a few are severely have broken teeth. Most of these patients suffer from the fact that their appearance is impaired by ugly dentures or that they can no longer eat everything they want because poorly fitting dentures or loose teeth prevent this.<\/p>

The advantage of the ALL-ON-4\u00ae procedure is that with a minimum number of 4 interconnected implants per jaw, a fixed bridge can be inserted directly after removing the teeth that can no longer be preserved. As a rule, a provisional restoration can be dispensed with, which saves the patient considerable costs for the provisional denture (approx. 1500 Swiss francs per jaw).<\/p>

Thanks to a special insertion technique for the implants and 3-dimensional computer-aided planning, this can also be carried out in patients with severe bone loss (e.g. due to years of wearing a full denture or an accident), who otherwise could only be provided with complex bone structures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Like standard implants, the implants used in the ALL-ON-4\u00ae procedure are made of high-purity titanium oxide, the same material used in knee and hip replacements. The material is highly biocompatible, extremely durable and very well tolerated.<\/p>

Bridges screwed onto the implants consist of a titanium or all-ceramic framework precision-made in the dental laboratory and natural-looking ceramic teeth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The cost of one jaw is around CHF 20,000. For full denture wearers who want firm teeth again, we can often even offer a price of CHF 19,000 per jaw.<\/p>
