Dental correction made simple

Healthy teeth – also for adults. With fixed orthodontic devices we can manipulate and move teeth precisely and effectively. Transparent brackets are a very discrete form for this orthodontic treatment.

When

The classic orthodontics with brackets and metal arches - also called multiband or multibracket treatment - is still indispensable in many cases today when it comes to targeted tooth position correction. With the combination of flexible and rigid metal arches, which are now also available in white, even the most severe tooth misalignment can be corrected.

How

With the multibracket treatment, a specially shaped bracket is glued to each tooth that is to be moved. A precisely shaped metal arch, which is individually tailored to the patient, fits into this bracket. Due to the elastic restoring force and the ideal arch shape of the metal arch, the teeth connected to the arch are slowly and gently pressed into a harmonious shape. This process can take months or even years, depending on the severity of the misaligned teeth and the individual situation, as teeth move very slowly.

material

Brackets today are mostly made of metal (mainly used when treating children) or of white or transparent glass ceramic. The archwires are usually made of flexible metal alloys, which are often colored white from the outside for aesthetics.

costs

The costs for a tooth correction are very individual and depend on the task and patient situation. We would be happy to advise you individually on the subject of tooth correction with a short free consultation in our clinic.
