Even in times of digitization and the new findings in the research of learning psychology and knowledge management, dental training courses and workshops are mainly carried out in the classic frontal teaching. We offer dentists real added value through a new advanced training concept, which consists of a total of 4 module areas. Our training program is perfectly suited to professional training. Here you can develop yourself personally and stay up to date with new technologies and current treatment methods.
Before the training course, the course participants carry out two tests anonymously and digitally. In these you can check the required knowledge and find out the learning objectives of the course. If you discover deficits in the first test, we will support you with individual basic literature and links to the course topic, which you can then work on in self-study. This ensures that all course participants have a similar starting point in terms of knowledge.
Our speakers are introduced to our concept in advance so that you can always expect lectures based on modern psychological knowledge. Each lecture is given by a different, accomplished colleague from dentistry. The presentations are loosened up with questions and tasks. In order to be able to guarantee optimal practical communication, hands-on exercises and / or live operations with 3D transmission take place depending on the topic.
One week after the course you have attended, you will receive a detailed script with information on secondary literature and material lists on dentistry. At the same time, you can again take part in an online test in which you can check the newly acquired knowledge of the seminar.
After 2 weeks you will complete your training in a webinar. We meet online in a live connection to exchange the knowledge acquired and advise you individually on the newly learned topic.
