We the founding partners of ZurichDental Dr. Jacob Mueller and Dr. Frank Seefeld worked for many years in a managerial position at the University Hospital, at Zahnzentrum.ch and at Swiss Smile and gained a lot of expertise there before we decided not to simply leave the dental market to the ever-growing number of chain centers.
Since these "chains" usually belong to large, financially strong corporations (zahnarztzentrum.ch = MedBase/Migros Group, SwissSmile = CollosseumDental/Jacobs Holding), the return on investment of the shareholders (lenders/investors) is ultimately your priority .
We have anchored in our statutes that the well-being of the patients and our dentists should be our priority. We are owner-managed and will remain so. Our investors are the dentists who work for us.
Instead of whining at the SSO meetings that the "chains" and their economic model are destroying the dental market, we have decided to create an economically viable alternative model that is not dominated by corporations.

We are looking for individual dental practices whose owners would like to move their patient base to our practice premises before they retire. In this way you can realize the goodwill of the practice, hand over your patient base perfectly and at the same time know that you are in good hands when you retire.
It is important to us that you and your employees want to work with us for at least 1 year after the practice has been sold. A sale of any used practice furniture that is still available can also be managed together.
We are looking for well-located, established and large dental practices that work at a high and modern medical level and whose owner would like to sell the practice together with the furniture and equipment. We enable you to realize the value of your life's work and to treat your patients without having to bear the burden of practice administration.
