We are the founding partners of ZurichDental Dr. Jakob Müller and Dr. Frank Seefeld worked for many years in a management position in various university hospitals as well as in center chains such as zahnarztzentrum.ch and Swiss Smile.
In doing so, we greatly appreciated many aspects of the cooperation of several doctors in a large team and the synergies of different specialist disciplines. However, some points annoyed us and in the long term we lacked the perspective due to a lack of further development opportunities.
Since the “centre chains” usually belong to large, financially strong corporations (zahnarztzentrum.ch belongs to MedBase AG (=Migros Group) / Swiss Smile belongs to Collosseum Dental (=Jacobs Holding)), they generally have the interests of the shareholders (Investors) in the foreground. In contrast, we have made the well-being of our patients and the further development opportunities of our employees our priority.
So we thought about how we would imagine the perfect dental position, i.e. dentist, DA, or dental hygiene position. We realized that there is no such thing as THE perfect spot. In order to be happy with your job in the long term, you need the right employment model for every stage of life. So we set about developing it.
