Application of the aligner foam

Variant 1 - application in the aligner
After brushing your teeth, pour a small amount of foam directly into the aligner and then insert it.

Variant 2 - Application in the oral cavity
After brushing your teeth, put a small amount of foam into your mouth and spread it evenly over your teeth with your tongue, then spit it out and put your aligner back in.
